Pam’s back!
After having her maternity leave Pam is back a V For Hair and Beauty. Sammy and Pam welcomed wee Jashan into the world on 27th June 2020. He is a beautiful wee boy and very placid.
Pam’s hours are as follows. She is a very popular therapist, so we suggest you book in advance.
Monday - 8am to 4pm
Tuesday - 8am to 4pm
Wednesday - 8am to 4pm
Saturday - 8am to 4pm
As we get through January and head back to work, I thought I would share some of the holiday things I got up too. This year just having the stat days off as Georgie has been having a well-deserved month off.
Christmas -
After a very busy December it was nice to relax on Christmas day. Our Christmas morning stared at my stepdaughter and son in laws with the grandchildren. Then to Tracey, my sister, with our family for a late lunch, tea and too many vinos. A thoroughly relaxing day. Pictured above is the beautiful Christmas table by my sister.
New Year -
We headed to Dunedin and then to Otakau on the Peninsula for New Year with friends who have real Kwinana cribs with beautiful sea views. It rained the entire time, but we had a great catch up and rest. One-night Johnny, cooked 10 of us a beautiful 7 course seafood dinner, including this huge crayfish.
New Year’s Day a I joined a group of local ladies and friends for the New Year’s Day ladies’ lunch at the restaurant 1908 in Portobello. I meet this lovely lady “Betty”. Betty is 90 years old, she is so full of life, fashion and fun. I would love to be like betty at 90, such a great passion and outlook on life!
I grew up in Dunedin but had never been to Larnach Castle, so we played tourist for the day and explored the castle and stunning gardens. It is amazing the restoration work that has been done and well worth a visit!
