In order to avoid disappointment, please add-on any extra services required. All bookings need to be confirmed by text or phone 24 hours prior to the appointment day. Due to some clients being a no-show with unconfirmed appointments, all appointments are required to confirm either by phone or text by 6:00 pm of the day before, otherwise the appointment maybe cancelled. 50% deposit might be required for busy periods or new clients in order to secure the booking time.
– Cancellation Policy –
Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Appointments made within the 24-hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
